How much does it cost to ship my order?

We have three shipping method, Standard shipping, Expedited Shipping

How do I track my order's progress?
Orders will be shipped 2-4 business days and tracking numbers will be provided immediately after shipping.

Audjae Boutique ship products worldwide. Shipping time can vary but it should take 3-5 weeks to arrive at their destinations.

 

REFUNDS and RETURNS

How do I receive my refund?

In the event you are unhappy with your order, we can provide full refunds to customers once the products are shipped back to us. If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, please “Contact Us” within 14 days upon receiving them to initiate the return process.

What if my order is damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we offer full refund within 14 days upon receiving. We ask that you send us a photo of the damaged or defective product at audjae@yahoo.com or by using our “Contact Us’’ page so that we can process your refund request.
